Natasha

CEO/ President

Natasha is no stranger to the Healthcare Industry. Having spent 15 years as a Surgical Technician/Paramedic, then on to Office Management. In 2013 Natasha was recruited into Healthcare Consulting by one of the largest privately-owned Healthcare Consulting Firms in Southern California. Here she expanded her expertise and found her passion for Provider Enrollment, Managed Care Contracting and revenue/ CPT analysis. Natasha holds a Bachelor’s in Biology with a Minor in Holistic Health. Natasha has more than 15 years of experience in Healthcare, ranging from clinical to billing and management. She is currently pursuing a second degree in Healthcare Policy and Law.

Natasha started FocusMD Healthcare Solutions in 2016 in hopes that she could continue her passion during her husband's Military Career. Natasha’s varied background in Healthcare and Consulting provides the perfect foundation for opening her own business.

Natasha provides valuable internal insight into the complex managed care insurance structure and protocols. Natasha provides services that help large and small private practices to run efficiently while they grow. Natasha attends many continuing education seminars throughout the country, to ensure that she is upto date on the ever changing face of Insurance and Healthcare. She is also a graduate of the Western Healthcare Leadership Academy.

Natasha is a Colorado Native but has since traded in her skis for a paddle board. In her spare time Natasha enjoys traveling and exploring new places with her Husband Daniel who is an Active Duty Marine and their 2 children. Natasha and her family are huge animal lovers and they actively support local sea life rehabilitation centers and sea turtle rescues.

Tiffany

Provider Data Specialist

At FocusMD Healthcare Solutions, LLC, Tiffany is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of our provider data. As a former Human Resource Manager/Office Manager and dental assistant, she has the skills and experience to effectively manage and organize complex data sets. Tiffany's diligence and dedication ensures that our provider data is always up-to-date and accurate. Her family moves every three years due to her husband’s Marine Corps enlistment, she wanted a career that could keep her in the medical field but allow her to travel/relocate when required. In 2020 she joined FocusMD as a Data Specialist.

Tiffany is a California native and loves the beach, swimming, art, and exploring new places with her husband and two children.

Kathy

Provider Support

After providing business consulting services to corporate and government clients for over 20 years, Kathy joined FocusMD Healthcare Solutions in 2019. She specializes in provider enrollment and credentialing, bringing the same analytical and problem-solving skills to the healthcare industry. Kathy’s passion is providing client solutions that increase organizational effectiveness.

Kathy has a master’s degree in Organizational Management and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. Her attention to detail ensures your success in navigating ever-changing insurance protocols.

Kathy is a native of North Carolina who traveled extensively during her father’s career in the Air Force. She loves traveling, boating, and scuba-diving – activities that she shares with her husband Garry, a retired firefighter. Her favorite vacation spots are in the Virgin Islands and her “bucket list” includes diving the Great Barrier Reef in Australia.
